History of Himachal Pradesh-

The territory of Himachal Pradesh is called 'Dev Bhoomi' (Land of Gods). From the initial period of its history, it was inhabited by tribes like Koilis, Halis, Dagas, Daughis, Dasa, Khas, Kinnar and Kart.. King Shankar Verma of Kashmir used his influence in the areas of Himachal Pradesh in 883 AD. This area saw an attack on Mahmud of Ghazni in 100 9AD, Who invaded and looted money from temples in the north of India during this period. In about 1043 AD Rajputs ruled this area. Climate of Himachal Pradesh-
You will find different temperatures in different districts of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal season mainly depends on geographical height from average sea level. We know, the temperature reduction rate is proportional to the rate of rise in height. The average temperature of Himachal Pradesh is 28 degrees Celsius in the summer (from the end of April to June) and 7 degrees Celsius in the winter (from late November to March). But, there is some area, which is 7,218 feet high, always covered with snow and the temperature of those areas is always less than degree Celsius. Originally, this zone is in the high and trans-Himalayan region. Here are three main seasons and these are winter, summer and rainy season. The state's rainy season is between July to September after the summer season. However, some northern districts of the state (Lahoul and Spiti) are almost cruel and cold through-out the year round.

How to reach Himachal Pradesh-

Due to the complexity of its land, the state's transport and communication are not very well organized as a far-flung state. The state is primarily linked to its road. Himachal Pradesh does not have such infrastructure well in the Railways and the airlines, but construction work is going on under these practices.



By Road-
The state's roads have made good communication from the district to the district with a total length of 28,210 km. There are 3 national highways which represent 1,235 km of roads, cross-cross across the state. NH no. 20 is known through many districts of Himachal Pradesh. This highway has added several districts to a network. Mainly, it ends at Noorpur in Dharamsala, Palampur, Joginder Nagar and Mandi. NH number 21 enters the state of Chandigarh and goes through Bilaspur, Kullu, Mandi and Manali via Leh. NH No. 22 enters Ambala and goes through Kinnaur through Solan, Shimla, Narkanda and Rampur. In winter and monsoon, some roads are closed due to snowfall and landslides on the roads.

By Train -
There is a railway track in some places in the state. In Himachal Pradesh (HP), two railway narrow gauge lines are given to Pathankot (the longest railway railway in the state of Punjab state) and Kalka with a wide gauge line of 9 6 km length and from Nangal to Talwara (under construction) in Shimla There are railway gauge lines. The main railway stations of the state are Pathankot, Joginder Nagar, Shimla etc.

By Airplane-
There are three domestic airports in the state, located in the Kullu Valley, Bhuntar Airport, the only one of Jumbartali was kept in Shimla and the Gaggle Airport was kept in the Kangra district. Another airport is under construction. There is no international airport in the state. Usually the airport is connected to the airports of Delhi and Chandigarh.

Buddhism is the main religion in this region, the monastery or gompa is a prominent feature in the list of attractions of Ladakh. Some monasteries such as Hemis Mutt, Shankar Gompa, Matho Math, Shi Gompa, Spituk Math, and Sukna Mutt are among the most notable monasteries in this region. Apart from this, Hicks Monts and Samo monasteries are also worth a look.

The festivals of Ladakh-
Galdan Namhot, Buddha Purnima, Dosmoche and Losur are celebrated in Ladakh with great gusto and during this time the crowd of tourists is over. The festival named Dosmoche lasted two days in which the Buddhist monks dance, perform prayers and perform rituals to keep the unfortunate and evil spirits away from the area. One of the most important festivals of Tibetan Buddhism is the 'Saka Dawa', which celebrates Gautam Buddha's birthday, Buddha and the end of his mortal body. Nubra Valley-
This valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of orchard/flowers. It is situated in the North of Ladakh, between Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of Himalayas. Nubra lies at average altitude about 10,000 feet above sea level. The climate, of the areas being soft, soil is much fertile and the vegetation of the area is comparatively thicker than those of the other areas of Ladakh. Shrubs, bushes and trees grow in abundance wherever there is any source of water. Due to this reason Nubra has acquired its right name- Ldumra. Shayok and Siachan rivers forms fairly large drain in Nubra. Nubra is a broad valley with lofty mountains on its all sides. Valley assumes greater attractions at the site where both the rivers meet. Major attraction of Nubra is the highest motorable road Khardongla pass (18,380ft.) majestic peaks and glaciers enchanting valleys and villages. Diskit and Samstanling Gonpa, Panamik hot spring, double humped camel safari, river rafting, trekking and Sunbathe in the sand dunes at Hunder are also a great source of attraction for the tourists

Kanyakumari-

Mythological significance: It is said that Lord Shiva boasted Asur Vansasur that he would not be killed by anyone other than a virgin girl. 

Here is the temple of Kumari Devi on the beach itself, where the girl form of Goddess Parvati is worshiped. For entering the temple, men have to wear clothes above their waist. According to the popular story, the dal-rice which survived due to the non-fulfillment of the marriage of the goddess later became pebble. Surprisingly, in the sand of the coast of Kanyakumari, pulses of rice and rice size and color can be seen in large quantities.

Sunrise and sunset: Kanyakumari is famous for its sunrise view. In the morning, a huge crowd of tourists on the rooftops of every hotel gets accumulated for the coming of the sun. TOUR ITINERARY

Day 01 :: Arrive Delhi
Arrive at Delhi international airport. Our officer will receive you with warm welcome and assist you to transfer to the hotel .

Day 02 :: Delhi Tour
After breakfast have a sightseeing tour of Delhi which includes the visit of Red Fort,  Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat .Later  a trip to the modern colonial buildings of New Delhi will be made, covering Rajpath, House of the Parliament, Diplomatic Enclave and the Presidents House. Also, you'll be visiting India Gate, Qutub Minar, and Lotus Temple.

Day 03 :: Delhi / Agra (200 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs)
After breakfast leave for Agra– home of one of the seven wonder of the world Taj Mahal “the epitome of love”. On arrival visit Agra Fort-Agra Fort is located  on the right bank of the river Yamuna in the city of Agra in Uttar Pradesh. Later visit Itmatu ud Daulah tomb also known as Baby Taj-Itmad-ud-daula has a special place in the chronicles of both history as well as architecture. This is precisely because Itmad ud Daula is the very first tomb in India that is entirely made out of Marble. This is actually a mausoleum that overlooks the River Yamuna and is a tomb of Mir Ghiyas Beg, a minister in the court of Shah Jahan.

Day 04 :: Agra / Fatehpur Sikri / Ranthambhore (270 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Ranthambore National Park via Fatehpur Sikri-visit major tourist attractions here are Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, and Panch Mahal. Continue your drive  to Ranthambhore-which has the world famous tiger reserve & spread over 1334 sq kilometers. Tourists turn up in high numbers from various parts of India and abroad to watch tigers, there is plenty of flora and fauna to watch out for in the Tiger sanctuary. There are currently around forty adult tigers in the park, plus healthy populations of chital, Nilgai, jackals, leopards, jungle cats and a wide array of birds. Get relaxed and later tour of Bundi visit Taragarh Fort (Star Fort) - constructed on a hillside in 1354, Raniji Ke Baori (Stepwell), Nawal Sagar Lake, Chattra Mahal or Palace of Tower, Chaurasi Khambon ki Chhatri - The 84-pillared cenotaph is also worth a look & Garh Palace.

Day 07 :: Bundi / Kota / Chitorgarh (230 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Chittorgarh known for its massive fort atop a hill. This quintessence of rajput heroism, chittorgarh is aproud witness of the bravery and chivalry of its inhabitants. On the way stop at Kota situated on the eastern banks of the Chambal River. Visit City Fort and Palace which is one of the biggest fort complexes in Rajasthan. The city palace is the museum which houses a good collection of artefacts, The Kishore Sagar Tank built in 1346 and the Jagmandir Palace located at the centre of this tank, Chambal Gardens located on the banks of Chambal River. Continue drive to Chittogarh. On arrival in Chittorgarh check in the hotel.

Day 08 :: Chittorgarh / Udaipur (120 Kms/ 2-3 Hrs)

Day 09 :: Udaipur Tour
After breakfast enjoy full day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit City Palace - This sprawling complex is the largest palace in Rajasthan. Maharana Uday Singh initiated the construction of the palace in 16th century but succeeding Maharanas added several palaces and structures to the complex, Lake palace or Jag niwas, Jagdish Mandir - this 17th century temple has a huge black stone idol of Lord Vishnu, Sahelion Ki Bari (Garden of the Maids) etc. Evening you may enjoy boat ride on beautiful Lake Pichola.

Day 10 :: Udaipur / Kumbhalgarh (100 Kms/ 2-3 Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Kumbalgarh - is one of the finest examples of defensive fortification in Rajasthan. Kumbhalgarh is the second most important citadel after Chittorgarh in the Mewar region. Visit Kumbhalgarh Fort - an imposing fort was built in 15th century AD by Rana Kumbha and was the birthplace of the legendery warrior Rana Pratap. The massive fort, encompassed by a 36 km long wall, has seven majestic gates and seven ramparts, one within the other which are ideal for nature trail. There are several places within the fort. Day 11 :: Kumbhalgarh / Ranakpur/ Jodhpur (210 Kms / 4-5 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur. Enroute visit Ranakpur Jain Temples (50 kms from Kumbalgarh) which was constructed in the 15th century. The Ranakpur temple complex is a must see. The main Chaumukha temple (Four-Faced Temple) is dedicated to Adinath, the first tirthankar. The two other Jain temples in the complex are dedicated to Neminath and Parasnath. Continue drive to Jodhpur - Located on the foothill of a sandstone hillock, the city of Jodhpur seems like an oasis in the vast desert. On arrival in Jodhpur check into the hotel.

Day 12 :: Jodhpur / Jaisalmer (280 Kms/ 6-7 Hrs)
After breakfast have a sightseeing of Jodhpur which includes Mehrangarh Fort - situated on a low sandstone hill, Jaswant Thada - built in 1899 in commemoration of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II and Umaid Bhawan Palace. Day 13 :: Jaisalmer Tour & Sam Sand Dunes

After breakfast leave for Ajmer. On the way visit Pushkar - the most holy place for Hindu community. There, Visit the Pushkar Lake and the most famous is the Brahma Temple which is the only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma. Continue drive to Ajmer – the most sacred Muslim pilgrimage destination in India. Reach Ajmer and visit the famous Dargah of Khwaja Moin-Ud-Din Chisti who came to Ajmer from Persia in 1192. and Adhai Din ka Jhonpra – Originally, it was Hindu Temple built in 1153 but later it was converted into mosque by Qutab-Ud-Din-Aibak in 1193. Aamer Fort-

Kumbhalgarh fort –

Ranthambore National Park –
Ranthambore National Park is a famous sanctuary of India situated between the hills of Aravali and the Vindhya plateau. The total area of this sanctuary is 1334 square kilometers and it is famous for the Royal Bengal Tiger. This tiger can be seen near the swamps and lakes during the day.
In earlier times this area was a hunting place for the Maharajas. In 1955, it was declared a game sanctuary and in 1980 it became a National Park. In the end it became Tiger Reserve in India in the year 1980. Being a beautiful ruin within Ranthambore Park, it has also been declared a heritage site.

Sariska National Park-
Sariska National Park is in the hills of Aravali in Alwar district and it was declared a Wildlife Sanctuary in 1958. It was included in 'Project Tiger' as Tiger Reserve in 1979. This park has a vast area of 800 sq km and here a wide variety of creatures, flora and fauna are found.br />
